The successful candidate will lead, direct, and develop activity in existing contracts and the creation of new areas of business. The person selected will be responsible for developing relationships with current and prospective customers including senior military and civilian US government program representatives and partners. The candidate will identify strategic teaming opportunities, competitive strategies, and position the company for upcoming opportunities. This leadership position requires vision and a proven ability to collaborate with senior staff on initiatives, build effective strategic partnerships, and communicate information at all levels, including customers, employees, and management teams.
The qualified candidate will demonstrate proficiency in technical leadership. They must have experience working with the senior leaders within the Services and Intelligence Community (NASIC, Indo-PACOM, ).

Highly motivated
Required Skills:
US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical field.
Required Experience:
Minimum 20 Years of related C4ISR experience in government contracting, military, or program management.
Technical Leadership experience.
Previous experience supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center.
Provide technical, programmatic, and experiential insights into the research, development, and employment of DoD and IC programs.
Perform technical and programmatic assessments
Active TS/SCI clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in one or more of the following mission areas: Air, Cyberspace, Space and Counterspace, Ballistic Missiles, Forces, Technologies and Infrastructures, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT).
