About the Role:

The Team:
Events team is collecting corporate earnings and investor events for listing companies in APAC. This includes highly sensitive events as well which requires high level of accuracy to deliver data in time to clients to make decisions with conviction.
Responsibilities and Impact:
 Drive the integrity and comprehensiveness of critical financial datasets for clients, leveraging internal and external public research to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery for confident decision-making.
 Execute high-quality data collation, analysis, and extraction according to strict guidelines, maintaining robust knowledge of workflows and specialized work tools.
 Proactively identify and propose innovative collection methods and product enhancements, contributing directly to the evolution and relevance of our datasets.
 Troubleshoot complex data problems and actively support team efforts to enhance workflows and processes, fostering continuous improvement and efficiency.
 Achieve predefined individual and team targets with consistent quality and excellence, while cultivating technical expertise within the department.
 Engage in continuous learning and development to deepen understanding of global market dynamics, preparing for opportunities to mentor new talent and lead process improvement initiatives.
 All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $A to $Z. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
 Native-level proficiency in written and oral Mandarin Chinese, alongside high business proficiency in written and oral English.
 Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and accountancy, including familiarity with financial statements and annual reports.
 Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills, with the ability to conduct efficient thematic online research and utilize secondary research sources.
 Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a willingness to work in rotational shifts.
 We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
