Senior Lead, Commercial Business Analyst
What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions, including workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, to define business needs and project scope
- Drive process mapping, documentation, and standardization, ensuring clarity and usability for business and technical teams, translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on business priorities
- Partner with business teams to identify needs, define and document requirements, and drive solution delivery
- Develop comprehensive project charters, including clear objectives, success criteria, and detailed requirements
- Identify and lead opportunities for process improvement, redesign, and development of new policies or workflows
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely within a matrix organization to influence decisions, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements where applicable and support global teams across time zones
- Contribute to Agile project delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Need:
MBA in IT/Operations/Marketing or Bachelors in Technology, Engineering (Computer Science, IT) preferred
8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharma, or IT consulting within large-scale commercial organizations
Strong expertise in business analysis—requirements gathering, as-is/to-be process mapping, and process optimization
Proven experience documenting complex processes and translating them into clear, actionable insights
Hands-on experience with CRM and commercial processes (lead lifecycle, quote-to-order/contract, service, dealer management); familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceMax, or Oracle CPQ
Ability to collaborate and influence within matrix organizations and engage effectively with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and marketing
Demonstrated capability to lead workshops, drive UAT, and independently deliver critical projects
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in regulated environments (preferred), with flexibility to support global stakeholders
