We are looking for a Decision Support Analyst to join our Analytics Team. On this role you will use your analytical skills to provide recommendations that create value. You will work with different teams to support decision-making processes through advanced analytics.

You will report to the Head of Analytics

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office per week)

Location: Curie-Skłodowskiej 12, Wrocław (Nobilis Business House)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis for decision support areas such as assortment management, distribution, and promotions

• Identify analytics objects that drive value creation of defined decision support areas

• Focus on predictive and prescriptive analytics to answer, "what will happen" and "what should we do".

• Provide analysis, visualization, interpretation, and recommendations for business value creation including e.g.:

  • Opportunity and potential identification

  • Opportunity and risk quantification

  • Sensitivity illustration

  • Optimization recommendation

  • Advanced modelling and simulation

• Collaborate with EMEA Marketing and Portfolio leaders and their teams

• Implement and train analysis for business and finance colleagues

• Contribute to reporting and analytics development projects

• Co-operate and contribute to BI team's total roadmap execution

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Previous experience in finance business partnering, controlling, or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) roles

• Experience working with sales, marketing, and portfolio teams

• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with some BI tools

• Fluency in English

• Programming languages, AI, SQL and fluent Polish would be desirable

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving skills
