About Us:
HighRadius provides a single Agentic AI platform for the Office of the CFO. It integrates 180+ agents that orchestrate end-to-end processes across Order-to-Cash, Close & Reconciliation, Consolidation & Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution across cold outreach, nurture, reactivation, and pipeline acceleration programs.
- Continuously refine email messaging, sequencing, and targeting to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies from MQL to SQL, and drive data-backed solutions to close gaps.
- Design, maintain, and leverage email and funnel dashboards to track engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Content, and Sales teams to deliver scalable, repeatable programs.
- Lead regional and GTM-specific email initiatives (e.g., country or region-focused campaigns within EMEA, North America, and APAC).
- Run structured experimentation across copy, subject lines, cadence design, segmentation, and infrastructure and iterate fast.
- Ensure strong fundamentals around deliverability, compliance, list hygiene, and sender reputation.

Experience & Tools :
- 3–4 years of experience in Email Marketing within a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Smartlead
- HubSpot
- Snowflake
- Salesforce
- Experience in B2B SaaS, especially enterprise or mid-market, is a strong advantage.
