We're looking for a Senior Ad Operations Manager to join our team in Japan!
Nexxen is looking for a highly motivated, results driven, Senior Ad Operations Manager who is interested in joining a growing team of professionals that will grow and sustain Demand Side relationships. This role goes beyond basic campaign setup and daily trafficking. You will be responsible for designing and executing operational frameworks that prioritize feasibility, quality, and repeatability, helping build a stable and sustainable campaign execution structure in Japan. Work closely with advertisers, agencies, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, you will help create operations that are not only effective but realistic, scalable, and reproducible.
What You'll Do:
Design, set up, launch, and optimise campaigns for Japan and international markets
Ensure operational quality across multi-segment and multi-KPI campaigns
Partner with the Sales team to assess feasibility, execution quality, and potential risks before launch
Monitor delivery performance and proactively adjust where necessary
Standardise workflows and develop templates to improve operational repeatability
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and internal review processes
In Demand Ops, precision and repeatability are essential. You will be expected to build operational structures that are scalable and sustainable not dependent on ad hoc effort.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of experience in Ad Operations / Programmatic campaign management
(5–8+ years for Senior-level candidates)
Hands-on experience in Demand Side operations (advertiser / agency-facing)
Experience using DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and internal stakeholders
Native-level Japanese
Must be willing to be in office 3 days minimum per week
