Job Summary
The Technical Ecosystem Expert is responsible for expanding NXP's China Edge AI and Physical AI ecosystem by building partnerships with universities, developers, AI technology providers, system integrators, and solution partners. The role focuses on accelerating ecosystem adoption, partner enablement, and technical engagement to support business growth in emerging AI-driven markets including robotics, industrial automation, and intelligent edge systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, research institutes, AI technology partners, system integrators, developers, and startup communities.
Support joint labs, curriculum development, technical training, competitions, and innovation programs with universities and ecosystem partners.
Recruit and enable AI software, middleware, system integration, and solution partners to accelerate adoption of NXP platforms and solutions.
Drive developer engagement through technical workshops, industry conferences, and community activities.
Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Business Line teams to align ecosystem activities with strategic growth initiatives and market priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional technical resources, including application engineers, software engineers, solution architects, and ecosystem partners, to support ecosystem programs, customer engagements, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
Act as the primary liaison between external ecosystem partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and successful delivery of joint initiatives.
Develop ecosystem assets including technical content, demos, reference solutions, enablement materials, and success stories.
Monitor technology and ecosystem trends and identify new partnership opportunities to expand NXP's Edge AI and Physical AI presence in China
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in embedded engineering, ecosystem development, technical marketing or business development.
Experience working with external partners, universities, or technical communities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Edge AI, Machine Learning, Embedded Systems, Robotics, or Industrial Automation.
Experience with AI frameworks such as llama.cpp, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX.
Experience organizing technical workshops, developer programs, or university collaborations.
Strong network within China's AI, robotics, startup, or academic ecosystem.
