The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing financial control, reporting, compliance, and governance activities for a European region within Flora Food Group. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while driving timely month-end close and balance sheet management processes. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, the incumbent provides financial insights that support business performance and decision-making. The position plays a key role in statutory compliance, tax reporting, and audit management while ensuring adherence to IFRS and company policies. Additionally, the Financial Controller leads process improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and control. As a senior finance professional, the role contributes to building a high-performing and future-ready finance organization.

- Strong Financial Controlling Expertise
Deep knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close, balance sheet management, cash flow analysis, and IFRS compliance. - Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Supply Chain, and external auditors. - Strategic & Analytical Mindset
Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations. - Process Improvement & Transformation Leadership
Proven experience driving R2R improvements, automation initiatives, financial system enhancements, and control optimization projects. - Ownership & Leadership Impact
Demonstrates accountability, challenges the status quo, communicates with confidence, and contributes to building a high-performing finance organization.
