You will lead the regional product sales team, responsible for:
- Maintaining strong customer and market relationships
- Managing sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Overseeing product management and R&D activities
Your key priority is to ensure high efficiency, profitability improvement, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Expectations
- Full profit and loss responsibility for your regional product team
- Implement strategic objectives for Pulp, Energy, and Circularity to drive sustainable growth
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Valmet to move the business forward
- Work globally to support business development and stable sales growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing product sales team, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Support cross-business area initiatives and actively implement process improvements in sales and customer service
