Job Description
During this year’s Summer Internship Program at Noble, we aim to offer students who are considering a career in finance the opportunity to gain practical experience within the Accounts Payable team. Interns will support experienced team members in day‑to‑day operations, including creating master data tickets, participating in document review processes within our scanning tool, and assisting with various ad‑hoc requests that require data review or extraction. Your responsibilities:
- Assisting the team with creating master data tickets
- Performing the review process in our scanning tool
- Supporting team members with various ad-hoc requests requiring data review or extraction
Our Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English min. B2/C1 level)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges, positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Program Eligibility
- This internship is open to students who are currently enrolled at a university, who are pursuing a degree in a relevant field
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in Poland (Noble is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas for this program)
Our Application Process
Application Review
After you submit your application (in English), our Talent Acquisition team will review your résumé and qualifications.
Initial Conversation
Selected candidates will be invited to a short call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, interests, and the internship program.
Assessment & Final Interviews
Finalists will complete a brief assessment ahead of the interview. This provides insight into individual strengths and problem-solving approaches, which allows the conversation to be more tailored. The process then continues with a behavioral and functional interview with the hiring manager and the Talent Acquisition team.
Selection & Offer
Following final interviews, a decision will be made and communicated to all candidates. Selected students will receive an offer to join Noble’s Summer 2026 Internship Program.
