As a People Analyst you will join a high-impact People Insights team, where you’ll analyse behavioural operational data, deliver regular and ad hoc reporting, and translate insights into business outcomes. You’ll develop HR dashboards using PowerBI an Excel, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in data and reporting processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday
  • Prepare, build, generate and support HR dashboards and analysis using MS Excel and PowerBI
  • Produce high-quality and customer friendly HR reports and analysis
  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders across our matrix organisation to ensure alignment and accuracy on data inputs
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner and friendly fashion
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes and data across our SME activity
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

What you will need:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or similar discipline.
  • Minimum two years of experience in data analysis (experience in analysing HR data will be an asset).
  • Expertise in data visualisation (e.g., Power BI,) statistical tools and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VBA will be an asset)
  • Understanding of HR functional areas, People related data and business strategy alignment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience with Service Now will be an asset
  • German Language Min B2

  • Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
  • Work in a modern office located in the Krakow center – the Unity Tower (ul. Lubomirskiego 20)
