As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, M&A, and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

As a Junior HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the excellent delivery of operational HR lifecycle in all countries where Voodoo is present from onboarding to offboarding, including preparation of appropriate documentation, immigration compliance or implementation of processes.

  • Leverage AI tools to automate HR processes and enhance employee experience.

  • Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements by managing relationships with relevant administrative stakeholders.

  • Own the maintenance and updates of employee data in the HR Information System (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments for any changes in employee status.

  • Support payroll data processing, including tracking bonuses, salary increases, and sick leave.

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Proactively propose and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline HR operations and improve data accuracy.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tech in HR and recommend innovative tools or features.

  • Participate in the strengthening of our HR Operations, understanding what matters to our People and ensure our function is high-performing notably providing first-line support for HR inquiries through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee issues and escalating when necessary.

Profile

  • 1-2 years progressive experience in an HR role (apprenticeship or junior-level experience in HR operations or administration is a plus)

  • Full proficiency in French and English

  • Strong interest and hands-on experience with AI tools

  • Proactive mindset with ability to propose AI-driven improvements in operational workflows

  • Comfortable working in a fast-evolving, AI-enabled environment and eager to experiment with new technologies

  • Understands basic HR processes and be eager to learn more about compliance, documentation, and payroll coordination

  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Problem-solving enthusiasm: you go beyond identifying issues or challenges and focus on how to address them, leveraging AI when relevant

  • Great communication skills across languages and cultures with an ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic HR environment

  • Team player and a good sense of humor are definitely a plus

  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits, immigration, relocation processes is an advantage
