Responsibilities:
- Support project order fulfillment, including preparation of handover packages and assistance with required documentation
- Assist in enhancing the Won–Lost sales report, with a focus on analyzing discount levels and project outcomes
- Develop and maintain reports to track new unit sales for both project and non-project business, including breakdowns by Technical Manager (TM) and OEM region
- Support the development and evaluation of a systems configurator pricing tool, including collaboration with global teams (e.g., Germany) and internal partners (SPI)
- Ensure project presentation slides and supporting materials are updated prior to monthly business review meeting
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support senior management reporting needs
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in sales operations, pricing, or industrial/manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with reporting, data analysis, or ERP/CRM systems (a plus, not required)
