Lochmueller Group is seeking an experienced professional civil engineering leader to serve as the Roadway Engineering Team Leader for our Roadway Design team in Merrillville, Indiana.
About this role:
This position will oversee a team of engineers throughout all project phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery of roadway design projects for DOT and local agencies. By promoting teamwork, mentoring junior staff, ensuring timely and quality project delivery, and managing client relationships, you will boost both project success and the firm's reputation and growth in transportation engineering.
