JOB DESCRIPTION
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) – MID will support future Defense & Intelligence Programs in Tampa, FL. This role has an anticipated start date of late May 2026.
JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)
- Serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Coordinate ART events, ceremonies, and processes to support value delivery and cross-team collaboration.
- Track execution, manage risks, and support continuous improvement activities across teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through delivery processes.
- Ability to manage risks, resolve impediments, and support multi-team collaboration effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Clearance: Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, Agile facilitation, or related roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Scrum Master and SAFe certifications required.
- Role requirements: Onsite 5 days
- Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role
