Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die telefonische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden im First Level Bereich. Sie nehmen technische Anfragen entgegen und verarbeiten diese weiter.

Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:

Klärung von technischen Anwendungsfragen und lösungsorientierte Produktberatung, Schwerpunkt ABB und Striebel und John
Umsetzung technischer Vorgaben (Zeichnungen, Pläne) in Lösungen und Erstellen von komplexen Angeboten nach Submission, Ausarbeitung von technischen Lösungen, Aufzeigen von Alternativen
Erstellung von Angeboten basierend auf eingehenden Anfragen, in PDF oder GAEB-Format
Ermittlung der Kosten anhand vorgegebener Unterlagen
Sicherstellung der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit für unsere Kunden (inbound), aber auch für Kollegen im Service, angrenzender Bereiche und Außendienstkollegen
Zielgerichtete Verteilung von schriftlichen oder Weiterleitung von telefonischen Anfragen zu den entsprechenden Bearbeitern
Einarbeiten von neuen Kollegen und Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Auszubildenden
Enge Abstimmungen und Informationsaustausch mit den Lieferwerken um Infos zu Neuheiten zu erhalten und produktspezifische Fragen mit den Fachbereichen zu klären
Enge Abstimmung und Informationsaustausch mit den Kollegen im Außendienst

Qualifikationen für die Rolle

Elektromeister, Elektrotechniker, Elektroinstallateur / Elektromechatronik mit mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Sie sind kommunikationsfähig, teamorientiert, zuverlässig, belastbar und haben gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Salesforce, SAP
Deutsche Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
