Job Summary

Im Qualitätsprüflabor am Standort Walsrode (Bomlitz) führen Sie Routineprüfungen an den Produkten der Walsroder CMC GmbH und anderen Unternehmen durch. Ziel ist die Sicherstellung der spezifizierten Qualitätsparameter. Die Tätigkeit erfolgt im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Durchführung von Rohstoffeingangskontrollen, prozessbegleitenden und freigaberelevanten Prüfungen von Halb- und Fertigwaren gemäß Prüfvorschriften

Durchführung der Prüfungen und Dokumentation nach GMP-Vorgaben

Kalibrierung und Wartung von Prüfgeräten

Weiterentwicklung von Prüfmethoden nach Anleitung

Rückmeldung von Prüfergebnissen und Produktfreigaben in SAP

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant, Chemikant (m/w/d) oder gleichwertig

Grundkenntnisse in Produktprüfungen und dem damit verbundenen Qualitätssicherungssystem

Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen und Grundkenntnisse in SAP

Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch und Grundkenntnisse Englisch

Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im eigenen Team und mit anderen Abteilungen
