Technologies IWMS Renewals Specialist – JLL
What this job involves:
The IWMS Renewals analyst role plays a critical role in driving successful software and services renewal outcomes across the Client Growth and Tech Sales organization at JLL. This role sits within the Sales Operations and Planning Team in the Tech Advisory and Sales organization and reports to the Manager, Contracts Management and Renewals. This role requires deep experience managing complex software and services renewals, including coordination across technical, solutions, legal, finance and contract management teams. Key responsibilities include executing and improving renewal standard operating procedures (SOPs), auditing renewal activities for compliance, maintaining accurate renewal data in CRM systems, and providing renewal reporting and business analysis to support ~$60M in annual renewal bookings. The role will also be involved in driving improvement across broader contract and legal-related processes to simplify the sales process.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Execute Renewal Standard Operating Procedures
· Proactively track upcoming software and services renewals, beginning 120 days prior to renewal close date.
· Partner with Technical Account Managers and the Solutions team to prepare renewal strategy, confirm technical scope, and validate services continuity.
· Support contract and Statement of Work (SOW) updates for renewals, including pricing, ensuring alignment with delivered and proposed solutions.
· Drive renewal execution with key stakeholders including Technical Account Managers, Solutions teams, IDMs, Legal, Contract Management, Vendors and Clients.
· As new opportunities are won, clone future renewal opportunities in CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline.
· Partner with a global workforce within the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe on managing renewals with the various international stakeholders. Be flexible with schedules and time zones, including month end and quarter end.
· Ability and willingness to be present in office, onsite.
Update, refine and improve Renewal Standard Operating Procedures
· Proactively work with key stakeholders to improve renewal SOPs particularly for complex software and services renewals.
· Execute communication and change management processes when renewal SOPs are updated. Maintain renewal SOPs as formal deliverables available to all key stakeholders
· Partner with Sales Enablement and Technical Enablement to ensure renewal processes and technical considerations are incorporated into relevant training materials.
Provide renewal reporting and analysis
· Create and maintain a standard set of renewal reports.
· Provide data for monthly renewal MBRs including: renewal win rates, cloned opportunities, value of renewals closed/won by vertical, count of upcoming renewals by vertical and upcoming high-value or strategic renewals.
· Conduct monthly/quarterly audits of renewal activities to identify any process gaps and implement corrective actions.
· Support broader contract management and legal process improvement efforts.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
· 4+ years of deep experience managing software and services renewal processes, including complex, multi-stakeholder and high-value renewals.
· Advanced English Level
· Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including renewal opportunity management and pipeline accuracy.
· Demonstrated ability to create, maintain and improve clear and effecitve SOP documentation.
· In-depth knowledge of 3rd party IWMS software and services process steps.
· Proven experience working with Technical Account Managers, Solutions teams, and delivery stakeholders to execute successful renewals.
· Ability to build relationships and coordinate activities with multiple stakeholder groups.
· Ability to guide technical and account teams through detailed renewal execution steps.
· Strong business analysis,reporting and data interpretation skills.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of sales and renewals best practices; project management experience a plus.
