Job Description Summary:
The MS Career Education Program Support Intern provides operational and content support to the MS Career Education & Coaching team. This role is a mix of digital content management, event coordination, and administrative support, helping ensure students have access to organized, accurate, and timely career resources. The intern reports to our MS Senior Career Coach overseeing curriculum and works closely with the team’s career coaches and staff.
The Digital Resources & Program Support Intern supports the MS Career Education & Coaching team through digital content management, program operations, and student-facing administrative support. This role assists with maintaining online career resources, updating materials across platforms, supporting events and workshops, and helping ensure students have access to clear, organized, and timely information.

Responsibilities:
Digital Content & Resource Management
Update, organize, and maintain career resources across student-facing platforms including Canvas and related resource hubs
Collect workshop materials and presentations from coaches and upload content for student access following events
Review digital resource pages for accuracy, organization, usability, and alignment with current programming
Assist with creating and updating guides, worksheets, templates, and other career education materials
Event & Workshop Support
Support event logistics including room setup, material preparation, attendance tracking, and
Help keep event and workshop information current across platforms, including dates, descriptions, and announcements
Assist with promoting career education programs, events, and resources through student-facing communications
Administrative & Platform Support
Provide support for career-related platforms and tools, including RecruitMcCombs, VMock, Careernomics, and other systems as needed
Assist with scheduling support, student outreach, room reservations, and general team coordination
Support additional team projects and program operations assigned
Required Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be a University of Texas at Austin student, enrolled for at least 6 credit hours.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfort learning and using digital platforms and office technology
Reliable, professional, and responsive in completing assigned tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Canvas, Canva, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
Interest in higher education, student services, career services, or program support
Experience supporting events, administrative processes, or digital content organization
Familiarity with student-facing communication or resource development
Hourly Rate:
$20
Working Conditions:
Work performed in standard office conditions.
Repetitive use of keyboard at a workstation.
Schedule Work Shift:
Up to 10-15 hours per week
Flexible work hours between Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, based on students’ class schedule
Position ends on 8/14/26; rehire eligible based on performance
