Candidate will be in charge of all management of Plant System Manager & BMS (Building Controls) projects of varying values. Responsibilities to include day to day management of internal labour and subcontract labour, management of all financial aspects of the contracts, liaison with client, consultant and end users, internal reporting and Program management and health & safety, testing and commissioning of plant system manager & BMS, and Measurement and Verification of energy consumption against baseline, reporting and suggest areas of improvement
Key Responsibilities:
The role of BMS Project & Commissioning Engineer will require you to undertake on a daily basis the following responsibilities.
- Full commissioning
- Points to points list & Testing
- Writing software from scratch
- Protocols used are Modbus, Bacnet, Lon
- Working on small/big works projects
- Graphic modification and upgrades. Making Graphics from Scratch
- Calibration of sensors & Valve actuators
- Liaising with clients & Site managers
- Delivery of project in accordance with Program
- Delivery of project within budget
- Effective management of labour
- Reporting contract progress to Operations Manager
- Monthly financial reporting to Operations Manager
- Control of purchasing and billing in accordance with required timelines
- Excellent knowledge of BMS systems (e.g. Trend, Honeywell, Satchwell, TAC, Siemens, Johnsons, Tridium, Andover, Cylon, Priva)
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC especially chiller plant rooms.
- Knowledge of energy management system would be additional benefit
