Your role and responsibilities:
The Digital Collaboration & Microsoft 365 Lead is the service owner and strategic authority for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem within ABB Robotics. The role is primarily accountable for the reliability, integration, governance, and evolution of core M365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related productivity capabilities, ensuring they operate as a coherent, secure, and business‑enabling platform.
In addition, the role oversees adjacent collaboration and communication services that extend or integrate with Microsoft 365, such as unified communications, telephony, conferencing, identity integration, and user adoption initiatives. The position ensures that these services are aligned to the M365 roadmap, delivered to enterprise standards, and continuously improved to support productivity, collaboration, and user experience across the organization.
The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote
The preferred location is Poland.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Unified Communications & Telephony: Own enterprise voice, video, conferencing, and Microsoft Teams telephony services; oversee fixed/mobile telephony and calling integrations; ensure consistent, reliable communication experiences across devices.
Email, Messaging & Collaboration Platforms: Own Exchange Online/Outlook services; govern SharePoint, OneDrive, and file shares; oversee enterprise social and collaboration tools such as Viva Engage; ensure platforms remain standardized, secure, and aligned with business needs.
Microsoft 365 Platform Ownership: Act as service owner for the full M365 ecosystem; govern tenant‑level policies, feature adoption, and service integrations; assess and roll out new capabilities in line with governance and security requirements.
Identity & Access Integration: Coordinate collaboration services with AD/Entra ID; ensure correct access models, group structures, and lifecycle integration across platforms.
User Adoption & Enablement: Drive adoption, training, and communication for new collaboration capabilities; champion user productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
Security, Governance & Continuous Improvement: Maintain secure, compliant collaboration environments; identify gaps and recommend improvements across communication and productivity platforms.
Qualifications for the role:
5–7 years of experience in Collaboration, Unified Communications, or Microsoft 365–focused roles within a complex enterprise environment.
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the broader M365 ecosystem, including governance and service configuration.
Hands‑on experience with telephony and conferencing services, such as Teams Phone, fixed/mobile telephony integrations, and enterprise voice/video platforms.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities, with a proven ability to coordinate across technical teams, business units, and external service providers.
Experience working in large, global organizations, ideally with distributed teams, standardized platforms, and enterprise‑level governance models.
