Job Description
The Amazon Brazil team is looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Quick Commerce team. This person will act as the operation's data analyst, responsible for detailed analyses, creation of reports and dashboards that facilitate the operations analyses, monitoring operations and maintaining our high bar to protect customers experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions that directly impact operational efficiency. They have a strong track record of delivering results and experience executing in a cross-functional environment, supported by operational analyses and metrics, as well as enjoying a fast-paced environment, working with large volumes of data, solving complex problems related to receiving, storage capacity and backlog management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop SQL queries and data models to extract meaningful business analyses;
- Analyze complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations;
- Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to define data requirements and validate analytical findings;
- Create clear, compelling data visualizations and reports that communicate insights;

- Experience mining and analyzing large, complex data sets
- Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe data modeling decisions and data engineering strategy
- Experience using data visualization tools
- Intermediate English proficiency

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in SQL- Experience mining and analyzing large, complex data sets
- Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe data modeling decisions and data engineering strategy
- Experience using data visualization tools
- Intermediate English proficiency
