About the role
About the role
We are looking for a Finance Strategy & Execution Analyst to drive planning, governance and execution across Group Finance priorities. For the first 12 months, you will work closely with the Head of Group Finance to strengthen delivery discipline, leadership cadence and decision support. Group Finance is transforming end-to-end processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay) and modernising through AI-enabled tools. You will help track progress, remove blockers and ensure initiatives deliver. The role reports to the Strategy Partner to the CFO and will, as needed, support analyses and materials for senior management discussions.
What you gain
A highly visible role with close exposure to senior stakeholders across Group Finance and the broader Finance leadership team. You will sit at the centre of Finance’s transformation agenda and gain hands-on experience with executive governance, decision support and cross-functional delivery—building a strong platform for growth.
You will play a key role in
Supporting the Head of Group Finance (first 12 months) by:
Setting governance cadence (weekly priorities, milestones and decisions) and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Turning priorities into plans (owners, dependencies and critical path) and maintaining action/decision logs.
Preparing leadership meetings (agenda, pre-reads, minutes and follow-ups) and escalating blockers early.
Providing decision support and strengthening executive communication (options, recommendations and clear trade-offs).
Owning selected cross-functional workstreams end-to-end, with clear milestones and outcomes.
Taking part in governance discussions with Genpact/external partners, including scope and SLA/KPI follow-up.
Developing business cases and scenario analyses to support decisions.
Supporting financial due diligence workstreams when needed.
Improving ways of working through templates, routines and playbooks.
Producing high-quality materials to support executive decisions.
To succeed in the role, you
Have 3–5 years’ experience delivering finance-related initiatives (e.g., management consulting, Big 4 advisory/finance transformation, or a large global organisation).
Have a Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics, business administration, engineering, technology or similar).
Are fluent in English and communicate clearly in writing and meetings.
Are analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable building decision-ready materials in PowerPoint and Excel.
Bring strong execution skills: structure work, drive follow-through and manage stakeholders.
Have experience supporting steering forums; outsourcing/provider governance (SLA/KPI follow-up) is a plus.
Are structured and reliable under pressure, and handle ambiguity and tight deadlines well.
Show high integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Annual gross salary: 697,703.00 - 872,129.00 DKK
