Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions

  • coordinating and executing the sales activities according to defined sales goals and KPIs following the sales strategy and given standards

  • identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions & additional services
    Account-, Activity- & Pipeline reporting via C4C by given standards

  • Cooperate with Distribution partners and customers on promotions, solutions

  • Training for our products (basics) with distributors

  • working to monthly / quarterly sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Manager

Additional Responsibilities

  • regular reporting of results

  • Defined reporting activities via C4C including Sales, budget nd forecast planning

  • Close cooperation with CIC and Logistics for customer service topics

Interactions (internal & external)

  • Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer service

  • Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies

Qualifications:

Work Experience and Education

  • at least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage)

  • 2-3 years of B2B Field Sales experience

Specific Knowledge

  • up to date market knowledge

  • understanding merchandizing processes

  • understanding sales tools & practices

Specific Competencies

  • excellent verbal communication skills

  • self-motivated and organized individual

  • ability to build relationship with key contacts

  • entrepreneurial-minded
