本岗位需要在满足安全、质量要求下，确保区域产量和绩效的达成；负责Pillow包装设备,2台Pillow 包装机 CCP金属检测器, 提升机系统，多头秤系统，周转料仓, 传送皮带系统等，能够熟练掌握MSE要求；协调整个区域的工作。
1. 确保产品质量和工作安全
2. 生产负责区域主人、熟练操作区域内设备，把原材料高效生产成产品
3. 优化供应链
4. 分析并且提高绩效
专业及知识要求：
1）大专及以上学历，机械、电气或自动化专业或教育背景优先
2) 国家认证电工资质
3）安全及质量考核认证
4）能适应工厂倒班工作及综合工时制的要求
5）符合岗位职业安全等相关要求
6）清楚了解 MSE 流程，特别是 AM 流程，对其负责区域的工艺流程、生产线速、关键控制点和关键知识
7）良好的沟通能力和问题解决能力
