Job Description

Major accountabilities:

Translate business priorities into clear analytics questions and actionable insight plans.
Lead performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support commercial, access, and medical decision-making.
Manage and optimize complex data sets from multiple internal and external sources to create a trusted view of business performance.
Generate market, customer, and competitive insights to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic actions.
Partner cross-functionally with commercial, field excellence, finance, digital, and medical teams to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
Support forecasting, market modeling, and planning by providing robust data assumptions and insight-driven input.
Drive adoption of digital, AI, and GenAI-enabled analytics solutions that improve speed, quality, and business impact.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in integrated insights, business analytics, market research, or commercial strategy within pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, FMCG, CRO, or similarly data-rich industries.
Strong experience working with multiple data sources and translating data into clear business recommendations.
Hands-on expertise in analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar data management platforms.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect analytics to business performance and growth opportunities.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and data storytelling skills.
Experience in pharma, IQVIA data, CRM systems, or therapeutic area insights will be an advantage.
