Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and the Audit Committee, the mission of Sanofi Internal Audit and Risks Management (SIA&RM) is to provide independent and objective reasonable assurance regarding the group’s ability to control its operations according to the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) international standards.
Under the supervision of the IT Audit Director, the Digital & IT Audit Manager contributes to perform the yearly risk assessment campaign and executes the Digital & IT Audit Plan through his/her involvement in the audit assignments from preparation to reporting phases.
He/she endorses the role of Team Leader and is responsible to conduct assignments with Play-To-Win Behaviors. He manages the team members, including the subcontractors.

Main responsibilities:
The Digital & IT Audit Manager should
- develop, in coordination with the team, the relevant audit program to be conducted on the field.
- develop a deep knowledge of the actual processes and identify areas for improvement to better manage the associated risk.
- debrief to process owners to convince them and work with them on how to concretely improve the process.
- cooperate with the IT Audit Director supervising the assignment and constantly manages his/her priorities within short timelines.
- deliver the audit report, including clearly written recommendations to help auditees and senior management.
It will be much appreciated to:
- Inform IT Audit Directors of emerging trends and best practices in governance, risk, and compliance,
- Contribute to drive performance and results to ensure overall success of the team and ensuring workload is balanced and challenging.
- Contribute to participate to meetings involving key local Digital and Business stakeholders to effectively communicate audit status, align on significant audit issues and recommended corrective actions.
- Demonstrate and maintain working knowledge on audit, digital/IT trends and technologies through continuous learning, conferences attendance, pursuing certifications, focusing on those specific to our industry.
About you
- Experience:
- Broad IS / IT knowledge with a particular focus on digital solutions and trends,
- Knowledge of IIA standards,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to travel approximately 20 to 30% of the time, including international travel for up to 3 weeks at a time.
- Professional certification (i.e., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or equivalent) preferred
- Soft skills:
- Good knowledge of Sanofi businesses and related information systems,
- Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence stakeholders,
- Ability to work transversally and within a highly matrixed environment,
- Global or international experience and ability to work with a diverse team,
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills is required.
- Education & Languages :
- A Master or Engineer degree in digital, IT engineering or IT Auditing.
- Fluent English & French is a plus

The salary range for this position is :€54 400,00 - €81 600,00Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
