Job Summary**
As a Logistics Operator at Airbus (Tianjin) Final Assembly Company Limited, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling, storage, and movement of aircraft parts and materials within our facility, ensuring timely support for our final assembly operations.
Job Responsibilities**
* Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and components, verifying against purchase orders and specifications.
* Perform accurate data entry into inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, ERP) for all material movements.
* Safely operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes, following all safety protocols.
* Execute internal material transfers to production lines, ensuring availability as per production schedules.
* Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation, adhering to international shipping regulations.
* Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with materials to relevant departments.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse and logistics areas.
* Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to optimize material flow and resolve logistics-related issues.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; a vocational degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
* Proficiency in operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift certification is highly desirable).
* Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, ERP).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and material handling.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and labels.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
* Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to a safe working environment.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
