Job Summary**
The Logistics Operator will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of materials and components within the Airbus (Tianjin) Final Assembly facility, ensuring the smooth flow of the production line.
Job Responsibilities**
* Execute inbound and outbound logistics operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
* Operate various material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
* Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records using relevant systems (e.g., SAP, ERP).
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards for material handling and storage.
* Prepare and process necessary documentation for logistics activities, including delivery notes, shipping labels, and customs paperwork.
* Collaborate with production teams, quality control, and other departments to ensure timely material availability and resolve any supply chain issues.
* Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with incoming or outgoing materials.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse and storage areas.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
* Proven experience (1-3 years) in a logistics or warehouse operations role, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
* Valid forklift operator license and demonstrated experience operating various material handling equipment.
* Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
* Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to strict safety protocols.
