Sales Support Consultant is a hybrid product and commercial role focused on enhancing aftermarket product performance and improving commercial effectiveness across assigned territories. Working closely with dealers, sales teams, and internal product groups, the role drives customer value, supports omni-channel and e-commerce initiatives, and delivers insights that enable both near‑term results and long‑term regional growth. [Coverage Territories/Countries: SEA, India, Indonesia. 30% Travelling.]
Role Definition
Supports achievement of the business plan by monitoring the business and generating recommendations that contribute to both the short-term and long-term initiatives of these plans.
Qualifications
▸Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
▸3+ years’ experience in product, commercial, or sales support roles
▸Experience working with dealers and regional stakeholders
▸Knowledge of aftermarket products and pricing programs
▸Exposure to e‑commerce or omni‑channel initiatives preferred
Preferred Certifications
▸Project Management
▸Commercial, sales, or marketing certifications
▸E‑commerce, digital, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications
Responsibilities
▸Drive collaboration with product groups, sales teams, and dealers to deliver customer solutions that optimize product value, pricing, and profitability.
▸Identify business plan gaps and proactively capture incremental revenue opportunities through targeted commercial actions.
▸Manage product and commercial performance across the territory by monitoring demand trends, PINS data, and customer needs, and resolving issues impacting sales or margins.
▸Expand dealer and customer engagement by identifying growth opportunities and accelerating adoption of products and services.
