工作内容
• 与BD团队其他BDM合作,筛选潜在可销售数字化产品方案的大型快捷休闲餐饮客户
• 联合其他BDM拜访潜在客户,推动销售达成 • 从0到1搭建数字化产品销售的流程、打法,制定并优化销售工具包,推动数字化解决方案的标准化销售
• 培训和赋能BD团队,提升团队整体数字化产品销售能力 • 收集市场和客户反馈,协同产品、市场、技术团队持续优化数字化解决方案
• 负责销售目标的制定与达成,定期汇报销售进展和市场动态
任职要求
• 本科及以上学历 • 5年以上大型客户直销经验,有快餐/餐饮行业数字化产品销售背景
• 熟悉IoT、智能设备、SaaS等数字化解决方案的销售模式
• 优秀的沟通、谈判和项目管理能力,能跨职能/部门高效协作
• 能接受50%以上出差
