Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced and operationally focused Event Operations Lead to coordinate the planning and delivery of events and activations across a high-profile precinct portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead operational planning and delivery of events across live precinct environments.
Coordinate event operations with Facilities Management, Help Desk, HSE and operational teams.
Manage event readiness, setup, live operations and post-event rectification activities.
Oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with safety, operational and precinct requirements.
Monitor operational risks, incident response and public safety during events.
Support continuity of precinct operations during concurrent and high-traffic events.
Maintain operational reporting, issue escalation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Experience in event operations, precinct operations or live environment coordination roles.
Strong understanding of operational planning, contractor management and risk management.
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Calm, solutions-focused approach with strong operational judgement.
Tertiary qualification in Events, Operations, Facilities Management or related discipline preferred.
