Job Description:
As an HRIS Support Admin, you will be the primary technical expert for Workday HCM modules, providing essential support to ensure the system operates seamlessly. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve system processes. You will be responsible for entering Workday data on behalf of HR, making data changes or corrections, maintaining supervisory organizations, and handling HR-related inquiries and tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Workday HCM modules, ensuring system issues reported by end-users are investigated and resolved promptly.
- Assist with bi-annual system upgrades, testing, and analyzing new features to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Enter HR data into Workday and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Make data changes or corrections as required.
- Maintain supervisory organizations within Workday.
- Answer tickets from HR regarding Workday issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Gather requirements for system enhancements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
- Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, researching and assessing technology needs, identifying system/process improvements, and delivering technological solutions that support operational excellence.
- Contribute to system strategy, security, and governance, ensuring compliance and data security best practices.
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience as a Workday Admin.
- Experience with the following modules: HCM, reporting, talent, absence, benefits, and compensation.
- Experience providing technical support for enterprise applications.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to provide timely follow-up and resolution.
- Self-sufficient and problem solver.
- Comfortable working in a global company.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with EIB/Mass upload.
- Workday Pro Certification.
We need to see:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
- Proven experience in identifying test scenarios, developing test scripts, and supporting UAT to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain HR data in Workday on behalf of HR.
