Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all payment requisition at system i.e. ME & IE and follow up with Finance Dept.
• Facilitate daily payment approval at system and monitor the process.
• Handle payment cheque requisition e.g. cheque reissuance, urgent cheque issue, etc. and non-standard payment requisition e.g. TT, non-crossed cheque
• Provide guidance to Assistant Officer on complex cases
• Warehouse document management
• Take part in departmental / company projects where necessary. e.g. operation meeting with Finance Dept
• Coordinate with relevant functions/ departments/ other parties in response to the enquiries, request and concerns
• Assist manager on monitoring the overall admin team performance and quality, and engage in execution of new initiatives
• Typing (including counter‑offer and rescind letters)
• Create and maintain hospital and doctor codes in the system.
• Follow up for WOR audit email
• Manage standard Life Assurance (LA) enquiries from agents via telephone
• Perform telephone follow‑ups with both agents and clients for survey

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years claims experience in individual life insurance.
• Effective communication in English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
• A good team player who is eager to learn and strive for improvement
• Attention to details with high accuracy rate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
