Our CommBankiQ Dedicated Analytics chapter operates as a strategic analytics partner, embedding analytical capability directly within long-standing, strategic client engagements. Leveraging de-identified transaction data, advanced analytics, and AI, we work across multiple industries to generate actionable insights and identify new growth opportunities — helping clients move from intuition to evidence-based decision-making.

 How will you make an impact?

• • End-to-end ownership: Lead analytics engagements from problem framing through to delivery, operating with a high degree of autonomy to shape problems, define approaches, and drive high-quality outcomes
  • Technical delivery: Design and build analyses using appropriate statistical, data science, and AI-enabled methods, applying automation to improve speed, quality, and scalability of workflows
  • Client partnership: Engage stakeholders to align on objectives, refine approaches, and land insights — acting as a trusted extension of the client team
  • Team uplift: Mentor and guide junior analysts, conduct technical reviews, and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement
  • Strategic contribution: Support scoping, partner with Lead Analysts on account priorities, and identify opportunities to extend value within engagements

 

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team: 

• • Technical proficiency: Strong Python and SQL skills with a solid statistical foundation, and familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and automation in analytical workflows
  • Problem solver: Proven ability to independently tackle ambiguous problems, diving deep into data and business context to uncover meaningful insights
  • Delivery track record: 3–5 years' experience in analytics or data science, with demonstrated success delivering end-to-end projects involving stakeholder interaction
  • Communicator: Strong ability to distil complex findings into clear narratives and recommendations for non-technical audiences
  • Collaborator: Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts, with a team-first mindset and a genuine desire to share knowledge
