Flex Team Leader/Trainer (German Speaker)Job Description
The Flex Team Leader/Trainer is a blended role responsible for managing daily team operations, setting performance goals, and delivering training to new or existing employees, often in a fast-paced environment. They bridge the gap between upper management and staff, ensuring that team members have the skills needed to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Training: Developing and delivering training programs (onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques). This involves both teaching new information and demonstrating skills on the sales floor. Coach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement.
Performance Management: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering feedback, and conducting coaching sessions to improve performance. Analyzing data and performance trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for specific territories.
Team Leadership: Leading team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goals. Motivating team members, managing daily operations, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training programs that enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills. Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems for a superior customer experience.
Candidate Profile:
Subject matter expert and proven leader within peer group.
Experience in sales training, coaching, or enablement.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM strongly preferred, as well as performance tracking.
Ability to communicate and demonstrate various strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audience
German language fluency

KPI Performance above Teams Average in the last 6 months
No disciplinary actions for the last 6 months
