At Castlery, we design modern furniture for the way people live today. As we grow our retail presence in Australia, we’re looking for a commercially driven Lead Specialist, Trade Sales to lead showroom marketing initiatives and drive footfall, brand awareness, and sales performance.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow Castlery’s Trade business in Australia, driving lead generation, partner acquisition, and repeat sales.
Build meaningful relationships with trade partners including interior designers, stylists, architects, developers, and commercial clients.
Proactively identify and approach new trade opportunities through outreach, referrals, events, and networking.
Plan and host trade events, showroom activations, and community initiatives that bring the brand closer to the design community.
Create and execute trade EDMs and partner communications to drive engagement and conversion.
Build and maintain a strong trade sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities and partnering closely with the showroom team to support lead conversion, in-store hosting, and relationship building with trade partners.
Share market insights and customer feedback to help shape how Castlery grows its Trade offering in Australia.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, trade sales, account management, partnerships, or business development.
A strong track record of generating leads, opening doors, and converting opportunities into commercial outcomes.
Confidence building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Strong understanding of the Australia market, with the ability to work independently and build local networks.
Excellent communication, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills.
A commercially driven mindset with strong ownership and comfort working in a new, evolving scope.

Experience in furniture, interiors, home & living, design, lifestyle, or retail.
Existing network within Australia’s interior design, architecture, property, or trade community.
