Mécanicien de machines fixes – JLL

Ce que ce poste implique :

À titre de Mécanicien de machines fixes (Classe 2B), vous serez responsable de l'exploitation et de l'entretien des installations d'une centrale thermique située sur un site manufacturier de haute technologie en microélectronique. Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez directement à la fiabilité des installations, à l'efficacité énergétique, à la sécurité des opérations, au confort des occupants et à l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels de JLL. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de travailler avec des technologies modernes dans un environnement stable et sécuritaire tout en soutenant une infrastructure critique pour des opérations manufacturières de pointe.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

  • Assurer l'exploitation, la surveillance et l'entretien des systèmes de chauffage, refroidissement, air comprimé et eau déminéralisée

  • Effectuer des rondes d'inspection et détecter les anomalies dans les opérations des installations

  • Répondre aux alarmes et pannes, diagnostiquer les problèmes et effectuer les réparations

  • Réaliser l'entretien préventif et correctif sur les équipements et systèmes

  • Consigner les interventions, les activités d'entretien et les relevés opérationnels

  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services externes

  • Respecter les normes de santé, sécurité et environnement

Qualifications requises :

  • Certificat de mécanicien de machines fixes – Classe 2B (RBQ)

  • Capacité à lire et interpréter les plans mécaniques et électriques

  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office

  • Solides compétences en diagnostic et dépannage

  • Compétences en communication orale et écrite en français

  • Disponibilité pour des horaires rotatifs (jour, soir, nuit et fin de semaine)

Qualifications préférées :

  • Expérience préalable en milieu industriel

  • Connaissance des systèmes Johnson Controls

  • Capacités démontrées de gestion du stress

  • Style de travail autonome avec de fortes aptitudes à la collaboration en équipe

Quart de travail :

Horaires rotatifs (jour, soir, nuit et fin de semaine)

Salaire/Rémunération :

78 000$ à 91 000$ selon l’expérience plus les primes de soir, nuit, fin de semaine et mise en disponibilité.

Stationary Building Operator – JLL

What this job involves:

As a Stationary Building Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the facilities of a thermal power plant located at a high-tech microelectronics manufacturing site. In this role, you will directly contribute to the reliability of installations, energy efficiency, operational safety, occupant comfort, and the achievement of JLL's operational objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies in a stable and secure environment while supporting critical infrastructure for cutting-edge manufacturing operations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain heating, cooling, compressed air, and demineralized water systems

  • Conduct inspection rounds and detect anomalies in facility operations

  • Respond to alarms and breakdowns, diagnose issues, and perform repairs

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems

  • Document interventions, maintenance activities, and operational readings

  • Collaborate with external suppliers and service providers

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Class 2B Stationary Engineer Certificate (RBQ)

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Oral and written communication skills in French

  • Availability to work rotating shifts (day, evening, night, and weekends)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an industrial environment

  • Knowledge of Johnson Controls systems

  • Demonstrated stress management capabilities

  • Autonomous work style with strong team collaboration skills

Salary/Comp:

$78,000 to $91,000 based on experience, plus evening, night, weekend, and on call
