Job Description
What You Will Do
- Greet guests with warmth and help with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel features and amenities.
- Run errands for guests, deliver packages, and assist with valet or transportation needs.
- Keep lobby and front drive clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Assist with storing luggage, managing lost & found, and responding to guest requests.
What We Are Looking For
- Guest service experience preferred – You know how to create a warm, welcoming first impression.
- Friendly, professional attitude – Because kindness is always in style.
- Good communication skills – Clear, courteous, and helpful with every guest interaction.
- Physically ready – Able to lift luggage, stand, and walk for most of your shift.
- Flexible availability – Guests arrive at all hours, and you’re ready to roll with it.
