About the role

Ridwell is hiring a dynamic Operations Manager to take our Austin business to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to build our Austin presence, foster a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding service to our members.

As Operations Manager, you'll own the success of Ridwell’s business in Austin as the highest-level employee in the market. You'll lead and develop a small, dedicated team while creating a positive culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Your leadership skills should inspire excellence in fast-paced environments, complemented by creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach. Outstanding communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential.
