The team is looking for an Engineering/Product Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and scale high-performance, low-latency systems powering ad serving, bidding, and monetization;
- Own features end-to-end: from product requirements to architecture, implementation, and production rollout;
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions;
- Work on real-time data pipelines, decision engines, and optimization algorithms;
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance under high load (millions of requests per second);
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy;
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and observability;
- Continuously experiment and iterate to improve monetization outcomes and platform efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering, ideally in high-scale environments;
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Go, Java, Kotlin, Python, or C++);
- Solid understanding of:
- Distributed systems and microservices architecture;
- High-load, low-latency system design;
- Data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization;
- Experience working with real-time systems, streaming, or event-driven architectures;
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data processing systems;
- Product mindset: ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;
- Strong ownership and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, RTB, or bidding systems;
- Exposure to large-scale data processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark, etc.);
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Understanding of experimentation frameworks (A/B testing);
- Experience working with ML-driven optimization systems.
Relocation & Work Setup:
- Relocation support to Barcelona, Spain or Parkland, Florida, USA depending on candidate location;
- Hybrid or office-based work environment;
- Work with a distributed, international engineering team.
