Role Definition: 

As part of the DACS Division, the Junior Product Adoption Consultant (PAC) supports go-to-market initiatives and sales execution as a subject matter expert in eCommerce. The role focuses on driving online adoption, increasing Active Online Customers (AOC) and eCommerce STU through customer enablement, value selling, and continuous optimisation of the digital customer journey. 

 

What you will do: 

Customer Enablement & Adoption 

• Provide hands-on eCommerce expertise (PCC & CAT Central) to customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders through onboarding, enablement, and training initiatives. 

• Support customers across key digital use cases including account activation, self-service ordering, and digital aftersales. 

Go-to-Market & Campaign Support 

• Partner with Digital Adoption Reps (DARs) and key stakeholders to identify priority customer segments and define adoption use cases. 

• Support the rollout of engagement and adoption campaigns in close collaboration with engagement consultants. 

Performance Monitoring & Insights 

 Monitor adoption performance metrics such as Active Online Customers (AOC), eCommerce STU, conversion drivers, and repeat purchase behaviour. 

 Monitor and ensure dealer Compliance of eCommerce of Global Dealer Standards. 

• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for sales teams and digital stakeholders. 

Voice of Customer & Dealer 

• Gather Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Dealer (VoD) feedback through onboarding and adoption activities. 

 Consolidate and share insights with Digital Product Managers to support product improvements.

• Products & Digital Services Knowledge: Understanding of company products and digital services; ability to effectively communicate features, benefits, and applications to customers and colleagues. 

• Decision Making & Critical Thinking: Skill in evaluating information, anticipating impacts, and making informed decisions using sound judgment and logical reasoning. 

• Effective Communication: Proficiency in clearly conveying ideas, information, and feedback across different audiences, ensuring mutual understanding and productive dialogue. 

• Relationship Management: Capability to establish, nurture, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. 

• Value Selling Mindset: Aptitude for identifying and communicating the unique value proposition of products or services, aligning solutions with customer needs to drive business outcomes. 

 

Additional Information 

• Travel up to 40% within the EAME region. 

• Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU-25/EFTA citizenship required. 

• No relocation support or visa sponsorship available. 

• This is a fixed-term contract position until December 2027. 

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
