Talent Acquisition Lead (EU, 9-month contractor)

About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (individual contributor) to own and elevate our end-to-end hiring function. You'll shape how we attract, assess, and land top talent — while building a hiring experience that candidates and hiring managers both love. This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks strategically, executes with precision, and cares deeply about people.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and continuously refine sustainable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with business growth
• Define and track recruiting KPIs to measure pipeline health, quality of hire, and team performance
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates across multiple channels
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes — including screening calls, arranging interviews, assessments, offer management etc
• Review employment applications and background check reports
• Identify and implement improvements to the candidate journey at every touchpoint
• Partner with People teams to surface actionable insights on employee retention

 

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal — you can influence hiring managers and win over passive candidates
• Strong organizational instincts with a track record of juggling multiple roles without dropping the ball
• Working knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on organizational structure, compensation frameworks, and role-specific details
