About the role
Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Referral and Assessment. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.
Rutland is a small local authority that offer a very supportive management structure, small manageable caseloads and a great work life balance to go alongside their GOOD Ofsted rating.
Duties of a Referral and Assessment social worker
- To participate in three weekly duty and contact and referral duty system
- Provide specialist duty cover when required
- Hold short term CiN plans and CP cases
- Attend team meetings are and participate in team development
- Work closely with other professionals such as the police and healthcare

Key requirements for the role

- Current SWE registration and valid right to work in the UK
- Have completed your ASYE
- UK driving licence
