Job Description - Internal

1. 严格遵守车间各项规章制度

Strictly abide by various workshop rules and regulations.

2. 严格按照计划实施生产，保质保量完成工作任务

Implement production in strict accordance with the plan, and complete work tasks with guaranteed quality and quantity.

3. 熟悉多样性产品及对应工艺，正确完成各型号产品生产

Be familiar with diverse products and corresponding processes, and correctly complete the production of various models of products.

4. 确保产品质量合格，监控来料质量，工装定位质量，焊接质量等

Ensure product quality is qualified, monitor the quality of incoming parts, fixture positioning, welding quality, etc.

5. 严格按照工艺操作指导文件作业，确保操作与工艺指导文件一致性

strictly follow the SWES to ensure consistency between operation and SWES.

6. 按照要求完成责任区域5S和TPM（全面生产力维护）工作

Complete 5S and TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) work in responsibility as required.

7. 持续优化，努力提高效率，关注成本节约

Continuously optimize process, strive to improve efficiency, and focus on cost savings.

8. 积极配合相关人员分析发生问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施，避免类似问题再次发生

Actively cooperate with relevant personnel to analyze the root causes of problems and implement the actions as required to avoid similar problems from happening again.

9. 当因原材料、设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或领班，以便尽快恢复生产或安排其他生产任务

When production is interrupted due to materials, equipment, quality, etc., the production supervisor or team leader should be reported promptly so that production can be resumed as soon as possible, or other production tasks can be arranged.

10. 在职有能力培训补焊岗位员工，帮助他们获得相应岗位的工作资格认定

Have the ability to train employees in post welding positions on the job and help them obtain work qualifications.

11. 严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或班长安排的其他工作

Strictly implement other rules and regulations of the company and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or team leader in time.
