Job Description: Sales & Marketing Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our commercial team in driving growth. This hybrid role is designed to bridge sales operations and marketing strategy. You will assist in lead qualification, market research, and the development of sales collateral, providing you with a 360-degree view of the B2B sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations & CRM Support:

    • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy.

    • Assist the sales team in lead prospecting and qualification.

    • Support the preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

  • Marketing & Sales Enablement:

    • Assist in creating and updating sales presentation decks, brochures, and product materials.

    • Support digital marketing initiatives, including lead generation campaigns and market benchmarking.

    • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

  • Administrative & Cross-Functional:

    • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups between sales and marketing teams.

    • Assist in special projects to streamline sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering).

  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint are essential).

    • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estamos em busca de um Estagiário de Vendas & Marketing altamente motivado para apoiar nosso time comercial na aceleração do crescimento. Esta é uma posição híbrida projetada para conectar as operações de vendas à estratégia de marketing. Você auxiliará na qualificação de leads, pesquisas de mercado e no desenvolvimento de materiais de apoio a vendas, adquirindo uma visão 360° do ciclo de vendas B2B.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Operações de Vendas & Suporte ao CRM:

    • Manter e atualizar os registros no CRM para garantir a precisão dos dados.

    • Auxiliar a equipe de vendas na prospecção e qualificação de leads.

    • Apoiar a execução de relatórios de vendas, dashboards e métricas de desempenho.

  • Marketing & Sales Enablement:

    • Auxiliar na criação e atualização de apresentações comerciais (decks), brochuras e materiais de produtos.

    • Apoiar iniciativas de marketing digital, incluindo campanhas de geração de leads e benchmarking de mercado.

    • Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar tendências e atividades da concorrência.

  • Administrativo & Interfuncional:

    • Coordenar reuniões e alinhamentos entre as equipes de vendas e marketing.

    • Auxiliar em projetos especiais para otimizar os processos de vendas.

Qualificações

  • Educação: Cursando Graduação (Administração, Marketing, Economia ou Engenharia).

  • Idioma: Fluência em Inglês (escrita e conversação) é obrigatória.

  • Habilidades:

    • Forte mentalidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes.

    • Proficiência no Pacote Office (Excel e PowerPoint são essenciais).

    • Capacidade de multitarefa e gerenciamento de prazos em um ambiente dinâmico.

    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
