Doctoral Mentorship & Capstone Advising:
Provide rigorous academic advisement and mentorship to DSW students, specifically serving as a Chair or Committee Member for DSW Capstone projects. This involves guiding students through the process of systematic inquiry, data analysis, and the translation of research into practice-based solutions.

This function requires integrating anti-oppressive and justice-centered solutions into community-based projects to elevate human dignity and empower marginalized populations.
