We are seeking a Senior Investment Surveyor to join our Living team in Dublin, with a focus on Capital Markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional to work across a broad range of investment and development transactions, together with asset management mandates throughout Ireland. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, analysing, and executing Living property deals while contributing to the development and performance of client assets nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales, acquisitions, and negotiations for a wide range of Living transactions.
- Provide strategic consultancy to institutional investors, family offices, developers and financial institutions.
- Create financial models, including cashflow forecasts, IRR calculations, NPV analyses, and residual development appraisals.
- Prepare comprehensive strategic asset reports and deliver tailored asset management strategies.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to evolving client needs, adapting approaches in a fast‑moving market.
- Continuously track and analyse activity among key active market participants.
- Collaborate closely with all Cushman & Wakefield departments to maintain real‑time insight into market trends and opportunities.
- Manage the full spectrum of agency duties required to service a diverse portfolio of disposal instructions with a focus on Living Capital Markets.

Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Capital Markets, Investment Agency, Operational Real Estate, Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development.
- Experience supporting or managing investment transactions.
- Strong financial modelling skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Strong communication skills with experience preparing client-facing materials.
- Knowledge of Dublin Living Capital dynamics and investor activity is beneficial.
- Experience with Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer and ESG considerations is an advantage.
Qualifications
- SCSI/RICS qualified or progressing toward chartership.
- Relevant property, real estate, finance or business degree.
- PSRA licence (Category B) advantageous—support available if required.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with market data platforms beneficial.
