  • Provide well-informed analysis to support client decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Cushman & Wakefield, including on cross-border instructions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated real estate advice
  • Support accurate record-keeping, reporting, and general transaction administration

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Central London office transactions preferred, with a good understanding of the London office market
  • Background in general practice surveying across corporate, public sector, or private practice
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Experience drafting clear, high-quality client reports
  • Good knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
  • MRICS preferred but not essential
  • Strong client relationship skills with a collaborative approach
  • Good negotiation skills and commercial awareness
  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • Team-oriented mindset
