Our Valuation practice works on a wide range of services, including business valuations, purchase price allocation, financial modelling, and intangible asset valuations for mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, financial reporting and tax purposes. We offer valuation services for privately held and public companies, both domestic and international, across a variety of sectors and industries.We are pleased to invite ambitious and highly motivated candidates to apply for the position of Intern in our Ho Chi Minh office.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the project team in the following
● Conducting comprehensive research into target industries and companies
● Analysing financial data to provide insights
● Company screening and calculating valuation parameters
● Preparing project documents and other deliverables in both English and Vietnamese
● Provide other support to fulfil a project or assignment
Requirements:
● Recent graduates with a relevant major (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Banking, etc.)
● Competent Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint).
● Good research skill
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Excellent command of English and Vietnamese
● Confident, self-motivated, proactive, committed and dedicated
● Can-do spirit and problem-solving mindset
● Willing to have challenges of participating in intensive on-the-job training and managing work responsibilities
